Dairy Farmers of America, the Kansas City area's largest private company, installed a new leader this month.
Dennis Rodenbaugh started in the role July 1. He succeeds the retiring Rick Smith, who led the dairy cooperative for 16 years.
A DFA employee since 2007, Rodenbaugh most recently was executive vice president of the cooperative and president of its council operations and Ingredient Solutions business unit.
