Macy's announced the appointment of a new CEO for its upscale department store, Bloomingdale's.
International retail executive Olivier Bron is scheduled to take on the role in early November.
Bron will succeed Tony Spring, a 36-year veteran of Bloomingdale's who became CEO-elect of parent company Macy's in March.
