The Cordish Cos. has plans in the works for a new apartment tower in Kansas City.
The $156 million Four Light development would be built at the site of a parking lot behind B&B Theatres. Plans call for 24 stories and 293 high-end apartments.
The development would be Cordish's fourth luxury "Light" apartment tower, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.
