Neverland Ranch, a Santa Barbara County, California, property once owned by the late Michael Jackson, returned to the market.
It's now for sale at $31 million, well below the $100 million asking price in 2015.
The property, which is now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, reportedly was pulled from the market in 2017, when the asking price was $67 million.
Officials say the price has continued to drop after years of drought and other natural disasters in the area.
