Nevada town listed for sale at $8M

Ever wanted to own your own town? If you have $8 million, you may be in luck.

Nancy Kidwell has listed her Nevada town known as Cal-Nev-Ari on the market.

The purchase would include 500 acres of vacant land located just 70 miles south of Las Vegas. Not included are the residents themselves, some privately owned homes, the small community center and a volunteer fire station built by Clark County.

Kidwell, 78, unsuccessfully tried to sell the town in 2010 for $17 million.
