Refresco, a Netherlands-based beverage bottler, announced a $22 million expansion of its production plant in Warren County.
The company intends to boost production at its manufacturing plant in Truesdale, which is about an hour west of St. Louis.
Refresco, which provides contract manufacturing for beverage brands, expects 30 new jobs as part of the expansion plans.
