Netflix has upgraded its offer for Warner Bros. Discovery to an all-cash deal.
The move is meant to stave off takeover bids from Paramount Skydance, according to Variety.
The $27.75 per cash deal between Netflix and Warner Bros. has an $82.7 billion enterprise value.
Shareholders are expected to be able to vote on the transaction by April.
