Netflix shares hit all-time high on potential stock split

Shares of Netflix reached an all-time high Wednesday, a day after shareholders voted to increase the number of shares offered.
On Tuesday, shareholders voted to increase the number of stocks issued up to 5 billion. The previous limit was 170 million shares, according to USA Today.
Netflix shares topped $692 before noon and closed the day up 3.7 percent at $671.10.
A food truck that launched last year rebranded and moved to Metro Eats; automotive repair business Mitchem Tire Co. expanded its Christian County presence; and O’Reilly Build LLC was acquired.
