Netflix added a record 15.8 million global subscribers in the first quarter, as COVID-19 lockdowns in multiple countries saw people looking for ways to pass the time.
The streaming service now has 183 million subscribers.
Netflix set its previous record for subscriber additions in first-quarter 2019, when it added 9.6 million members.
