Netflix down for 2.5 hours Saturday

Netflix went down for two and a half hours on Saturday, leading customers to post a flood of tweets after being unable to watch their favorite shows and movies.

The cause of the outage has not been released.

Beyond the United States, other countries with outages included South America, France, Italy, Portugal and Germany.
