Netflix adds nearly 5 million subscribers in 1Q

Online video-streaming service Netflix reported $1.57 billion in first-quarter revenue on the back of 4.9 million new subscribers.

In after-hours trading, shares rose 13 percent to a record $534, USA Today reports.

Netflix has more than 65 million subscribers.
