Netflix has been accused of rigging the compensation process for its top executives.
A complaint filed against the streaming network alleges the company breached its fiduciary duties so the executives could be paid large bonuses.
The complaint alleges violations of federal tax laws at least as far back as April 2015.
Netflix told USA Today via email that, “we intend to respond to these claims at the appropriate time,” without indicating when that might be.
