St. Louis-based Nestle Purina PetCare has been sued for alleged "noxious odors" emitting from its Denver plant.
Two people who reside near the Denver plant allege in the suit that the company has not properly controlled odors coming from the facility.
A Nestle Purina PetCare spokesperson declined to comment on the specifics of the litigation.
