Nestle pays $7.2B to sell Starbucks coffee

Nestle and Starbucks Corp. signed a $7.2 billion licensing deal.

Through the deal, Nestle will be able to market Starbucks products from beans to capsules. Nestle won't get any physical assets through the deal.

Nestle will be able to sell packaged coffee products in supermarkets, restaurants and catering operations under the Starbucks brand.
