Nestle announces $20B share buyback plan

Nestle announced plans to buy back as much as $20 billion worth of its shares by 2022.

The Swiss food giant has cash on hand after the $10 billion sale of a dermatology unit earlier this month.

CEO Mark Schneider also pointed to plans to seek acquisitions.
