Neosho City Council yesterday rejected ordinances that would have established a face mask mandate and occupancy limitations.
Council members let the ordinances die. One did not receive a second motion, and the other did not receive any motions.
The rejection came after two hours of public input and interruptions, according to the Joplin Globe.
