Neiman Marcus enters $1.5M data breach settlement

Dallas-based retailer Neiman Marcus reached a $1.5 million data breach settlement with 43 states.

The settlement, which includes Missouri, came about after a customer credit card data breach at 77 of the company's stores nationwide in 2013.

Roughly 370,000 Neiman Marcus credit cards were unlawfully accessed by a third party and at least 9,200 were used fraudulently.
