Dianna Parker, director of research, assessment and planning for Ozarks Technical Community College, receives a plaque from Michal Moss Early, Arvest Bank’s Springfield assistant vice president and private banking manager. Parker was the fifth of SBJ’s 12 People You Need to Know and spoke to a crowd at Clarion Hotel’s Newsroom Café about how the college uses research and demographic information to determine the community’s educational needs.
