Nebraska residents will have access to ACA

Medica Health plans to sell coverage via the Affordable Care Act in Nebraska next year.

That means nearly 100,000 state residents could be covered by the suburban Minneapolis-based nonprofit health insurance company.

Medica reportedly will be the only company offering individual policies through the ACA that cover maternity, routine checkups and hospital visits.
