Nearly 200K evacuate homes as fires expand in California

Nearly 200,000 people were forced to evacuate their homes as wildfires spread in Northern California.

The Kincade Fire nearly doubled on Sunday, fed by sustained winds above 70 mph. The fire reached more than 54,000 acres.

Gov. Gavin Newsom declared a statewide emergency.
