Nearly 100K marijuana conviction expungements completed in Missouri

Nearly 100,000 marijuana convictions have been expunged in Missouri, according to reporting by KMBC.

The constitutional amendment that legalized recreational marijuana and set up the expungement process was approved by Missouri voters a year ago.

Dan Viets, who wrote parts of the constitutional amendment, told KMBC that "there are hundreds of thousands of cases" to address.
