NBCUniversal expects advertising boon from Olympics

NBCUniversal is “on track to generate the most advertising revenue in Olympic history," according to a company executive.

Dan Lovinger, president of Olympic and Paralympic Sales for NBC, said the company already has booked $1.2 billion in ad revenue for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. The event is slated for this summer.

The 2020 Tokyo games recorded just over $1.2 billion in ad revenue.
