Saving time and money are always on the minds of small business owners. In response to this need, NationsBank Springfield has introduced two new product solutions, Business Express/PC and Deposit Manager, according to a press release from NationsBank.
"Recognizing that time and money are always of concern to small business owners, we wanted to introduce two more products to small businesses that can make life a little easier," said Steve Burch, senior banking executive of NationsBank Springfield, in the release.
"We know and understand the needs of small businesses and we are continually looking for ways to help small businesses succeed."
A product exclusively for small businesses, Business Express/PC enables small business owners to do their business banking online. Business Express/PC brings the financial information the business owner needs to manage a small company right to the PC screen, using either DOS or Windows.
Accessible 24 hours a day, customers may view transactions, make transfers, direct payroll deposits and get daily status reports. Account reconciliation can be performed at any time on screen, or account information can be downloaded to a spreadsheet, the release stated.
Deposit Manager is a cash management product that helps small business owners manage one of the most labor-intensive, time-consuming and routine tasks of running a business depositing accounts receivable, NationsBank stated.
Deposit Manager enables small business owners to have receivables deposited directly each day into an operating account.
NationsBank simply gathers receivables from a special NationsBank post office box and then notifies the business owner of the deposit.
