National Association of Realtors found liable in conspiracy case

The National Association of Realtors and some residential brokerages have been found liable by a Missouri jury in a conspiracy case.

The jury found the NAR and brokerages liable for nearly $1.8 billion in damages.

Impacted real estate agents have been accused of conspiring to keep commissions high for home sales.
