Nasdaq back near 5,000

The Nasdaq is near the 5,000 mark for the first time this year.

On Wednesday, it reached 4,975. According to CNNMoney, the rise has less to do with technology and more to do with shampoo, 18-wheeler trucks, toys and ketchup.

Stocks on the rise include hair care and cosmetics giant Ulta Salon, Peterbilt and Kentworth owner PACCAR, Barbie and Hot Wheels maker Mattel and discount retailer Dollar Tree.
