Napster founder announces $250M grant to fight cancer

The man who founded infamous music downloading service Napster is injecting $250 million into the fight against cancer.

Sean Parker announced a grant to create the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy.

Considered one of the most promising areas of cancer research, immunotherapy uses the body's own immune system to help fight cancer.

Six top cancer centers are among participants in the project: Memorial Sloan Kettering, University of Pennsylvania, University of Texas, Stanford, UCLA and UCSF.
