Nancy Bush Ellis, the sister of one president and aunt of another, died Sunday due to complications from COVID-19. She was 94.
Ellis was the sister of President George H. W. Bush and aunt to President George W. Bush.
While she was a Democrat for decades, Ellis campaigned for both her brother and nephew's presidential campaigns.
