Twitter's board is recommending that shareholders unanimously approve the sale of the company to billionaire Elon Musk.
Musk last week said he still planned to move forward with the $44 billion deal in a meeting with Twitter employees.
In an interview, Musk said shareholder approval is one of several “unresolved matters” related to the Twitter deal.
