Elon Musk yesterday officially opened Boring Co.'s first test tunnel, which is located underneath the SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne, California.
The 1.4-mile, 14-foot-wide tunnel uses so-called tracking wheels to move cars through it.
The project is estimated to have cost $10 million.
