Tesla CEO Elon Musk has reversed course and again agreed to buy Twitter, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
Musk is proposing to buy Twitter for the previously agreed-upon price of $54.20 per share.
Sources told CNBC a deal could happen as soon as Friday.
