After finalizing his $44 billion takeover of Twitter, Elon Musk has ousted the company's entire board of directors.
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission documents show Musk became “sole director” of Twitter.
Without elaborating, Musk on Monday tweeted the arrangement would be “temporary."
