Twitter shareholders filed suit against Elon Musk, alleging he did not disclose his increased stake in the company by a regulatory deadline.
The lawsuit alleges Musk illegally delayed the disclosure so he could buy more shares at lower prices. The suit alleges that at the regulatory deadline, he had a stake of at least 5% but he didn't disclose until his position was more than 9%.
