The list of 500 U.S. real estate companies is ranked based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. Murney is the only Missouri-based broker individually ranked in the Top 100, with 6,263 closed transaction sides and sales volume of $967,963,814.
Murney Associates founder Patrick Murney said the data in the Power Broker list provides significant benchmarks for the company.
“These benchmarks assist our agents in setting strategic initiatives and performance goals,” Murney said in the release.
This isn’t the first time Murney Associates was listed on the Power Broker report’s Top 100. In 2005, the company ranked No. 100.
Other Missouri companies to make the 2007 Power Broker listing were: Prudential Select Properties of St. Louis, which ranked No. 121; ReMax Boone Realty in Columbia, which ranked No. 162; Prudential Alliance Realtors of Chesterfield, which ranked No. 174; ReMax Properties West of St. Louis, which ranked No. 270; Prudential Patterson Realtors of Florissant, which ranked No. 345; ReMax Heartland Realtors of Kansas City, which ranked No. 367; ReMax Gold in St. Louis and Fenton, which ranked No. 384; Gaslight Properties GMAC Real Estate in Columbia, which ranged No. 412; Coldwell Banker Premier Group of St. Louis, which ranked No. 457; and ReMax Lake of the Ozarks of Osage Beach, which ranked No. 466.
