Murney Associates, Realtors has boosted real estate sales by more than 40% this year, posting its best total to date.
The Springfield-based residential and commercial brokerage announced more than $1.4 billion in real estate sales for the year. That equates to over 6,000 transactions, according to a news release.
“Our work took on a new meaning this year," Murney CEO Twila Hillme said in the release. "The elevated importance of home during a pandemic drove us to adapt so we could provide safe, secure services when it mattered most.”
Murney Associates first crossed the $1 billion mark in real estate sales in 2018, according to past reporting.
The company ranked No. 1 on Springfield Business Journal's 2020 list of the area's largest residential real estate firms, with 544 agents. It ranked No. 4 on the list of the area's largest commercial real estate firms, with 11 active agents. Both lists were published Aug. 24.
