Murney adds property management

Murney Associates, Realtors, has announced the formation of a property management division for the company.

"In addition to our residential, commercial and auction divisions, we have established a property management division, which truly makes us a full-service real estate company," said Twila Hillme, managing broker for Murney Associates.

Bruce and Kim Murray were named to head up the new division.

"Bruce has owned and operated rental properties for over 20 years and has worked in the real estate business for the past 16 years," Hillme said. "Kim has been in the real estate business for 14 years and has experience as a professional property manager. Together they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience which will make the property management division a success."

Bruce Murray and Kim Murray are husband and wife.

Hillme said that property management is important to many real estate investors, who want the advantages of real estate ownership, but who perhaps don't have the time or energy to manage the property on a day-to-day basis.[[In-content Ad]]
