MU Health Care is expanding operations at its Keene Street medical campus in Columbia.
The University of Missouri System Board of Curators voted Thursday to approve an $83 million expansion of the campus.
The 10-year improvement plan calls for additional services such as CT scans, radiology and laboratory services, among other changes.
