Project description: The new Judith Enyeart Reynolds Performing Arts Complex is designed to expand Missouri State University’s arts offerings with a new lobby and reception area, a black box theater and performance teaching studios on the second floor. As part of this project, nearby Craig Hall will receive a new scene shop addition and partial renovations on the first and second floors. The site along Grand Street will also be upgraded with new sidewalks, pavers and landscaping, construction officials say. The architect is Dake Wells Architecture Inc., with Ecological Design Group LLC (Rogers, Arkansas) serving as landscape architect. Engineers are Crawford, Murphy & Tilly Inc., civil; RTM Engineering Consultants LLC and McClure Engineering Co. (St. Louis), mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Terracon Consultants Inc., geotechnical.
