The Provost Research Forum will be held in Plaster Student Union Room. Refreshments will be provided.
Rozell, professor of management, will present “Let Your Emotions Get the Best of You: The Role of Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace.” Her research relates emotional intelligence to performance, job satisfaction, absenteeism, organizational commitment, management education, workplace aggression and leadership.
Rutherford, associate professor of political science, will discuss his research on “Jordan's Leadership on Human Rights in the Arab World.” His presentation will focus on how Jordan's leadership can serve as a lesson for other Arab states and on the country's openness to foreigners and their ideas.
Additional forums will be held March 9, April 6 and May 11.
