The four-story parking facility will hold 1,240 vehicles and will provide access to campus walkways, MSU shuttles and City Utilities bus service. A series of grants from the Federal Transit Administration, as much as $1 million from MSU’s parking reserve account and the sale of revenue bonds, which will be paid for with money from parking fees, are funding the facility.
