Following a morning ribbon-cutting, radio station Z106.7 FM KZRQ will spend today broadcasting on-site with food and merchandise giveaways. On Saturday, Power 96.5 FM KSPW will do the same.
The new location replaces a previous store at 203 E. Kearney.
Also today and Saturday, Mr. Goodcents is celebrating the completion of renovations to its 3342 S. National Ave. and 521 S. Glenstone stores. Both stores have new furniture, countertops, food stations and ceramic flooring.
All three Springfield Mr. Goodcents locations are offering a special – a half turkey sub sandwich with a regular-sized drink for $1.99 – today and Saturday.
Mr. Goodcents has 130 restaurants in 14 states. It features 18 varieties of sub sandwiches, pastas, salads and desserts.
