Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors, along with Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool franchise owners Cary Paschke and James Tillman, break ground Sept. 10 on the new Springfield franchise. Company founder Rochette Harrington also was on hand for the event, which marks the beginning of construction on the second Springfield location. Pre-enrollment for the new location begins in November.
