Leawood, Kansas-based movie theater chain AMC Entertainment agreed to buy a stake in gold and silver miner Hycroft Mining Holding.
The $27.9 million deal would give AMC roughly 23.4 million shares in the company.
With the deal, AMC would be a roughly 22% owner of Hycroft.
