Moody’s Investors Service has again downgraded the city of St. Louis' credit rating.
The agency moved the city's general-obligation rating down to Baa1 from A3. It also downgraded the city's revenue bonds.
St. Louis Comptroller Darlene Green said the downgrade should serve as a “wake-up call” to city leaders.
