Montecito Medical has purchased a four-property medical office building portfolio located in Missouri and Kansas.
The more than 86,000-square-foot portfolio is leased to Orthopedic Health of Kansas City, Kansas City Urology Care and Sunflower Medical Group.
The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
