Snack food maker Mondelez International has filed a lawsuit against the Aldi supermarket chain.
The lawsuit alleges Aldi’s store-brand cookies and crackers packaging “blatantly copies” that of Mondelez products Oreos, Chips Ahoys, Wheat Thins and others.
The lawsuit seeks monetary damages and an order that would require Aldi to change the packaging.
