Molson Coors Brewing Co., the corporate parent of MillerCoors, announced a restructuring that includes a name change and job cuts.
MillerCoors will change names to Molson Coors Beverage Co. The MillerCoors name was formed in 2008 when Miller Brewing merged with Coors Brewing Co.
Molson Coors plans to move hundreds of corporate office jobs to Milwaukee, a decision that will mean 400 to 500 cuts companywide.
