Molson Coors Brewing Co. reported third-quarter net income of $289.7 million, a 4 percent decrease from $300.3 million a year earlier.
Share earnings came to $1.34 per share, lower than $1.39 per share in third-quarter 2016.
Revenue dropped 2 percent to $2.88 billion from $2.94 billion a year ago.
