The Missouri Department of Transportation is planning to launch a national search to find its new director.
The search process is expected to yield a new leader by year's end.
The winning candidate would succeed Patrick McKenna, who is slated to exit in September. McKenna is headed to the Eno Center for Transportation, a Washington, D.C.-based transportation research nonprofit.
