The Missouri Department of Transportation has awarded a $600 million contract, its largest to date.
The selected team, called the Improve 70 Alliance Joint Venture, is made up of Emery Sapp & Sons, Clarkson Construction, HNTB and Bartlett and West.
The project calls for the widening and rebuilding of I-70 from Wentzville to Warrenton.
