Mo. House rejects medical marijuana proposal

A proposal to legalize medical marijuana has again failed in the Missouri House.

Leading up to the end of the legislative session today, lawmakers on Wednesday voted down the measure.

The proposal sought to allow commercial marijuana growers and retailers to gain licenses for the purpose of selling the drug to patients with debilitating illnesses, such as AIDS or epilepsy.
